Privacy Policy
CardFloor ("the app") is operated by Holoflo LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Questions any time: info@cardfloor.app.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, display name, and sign-in credentials (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google).
- Content you create — your card inventory and collection entries, buy/sell records, shows, want-board posts, and photos you take of cards to identify or list them.
- Camera — the camera is used to scan trading cards and barcodes. Card images are processed to identify the card; we do not use the camera for anything else.
- Approximate location (optional) — only if you grant it, used to find card shows near you. The app never collects location in the background.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data that help us fix bugs.
How we use it
- To provide the app's features: identifying cards, pricing, inventory, show tracking, and the show want board.
- To send notifications you've enabled (for example, when a vendor responds to a card you want).
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
We show no ads, and we do not sell your personal information.
What other users can see
- Want-board posts are visible to other users at that show. Collector posts appear anonymously — your name and contact details are never shown to vendors.
- Vendors who choose to publish a public vendor page control what appears on it.
- Aggregated, anonymized sale-price data (card, condition, price — never who) may be used to power market-price features.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the app: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications), crash-reporting services, and card-recognition and market-data providers that process card images and card names to identify cards and fetch prices. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, email info@cardfloor.app from your account email and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
Children
CardFloor is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
