Delete your account

CardFloor LLC · last updated August 23, 2026

You can delete your CardFloor account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not need to contact us and you do not need our permission. This page explains how, exactly what is removed, and the few things that are not.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo, no grace period, and no way for us to restore an account afterwards — the data is gone, not archived. If you only want to clear your stock, use Settings → Danger Zone → Clear Inventory instead, which leaves your account intact.

In the app

  1. Open CardFloor and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm it's you. With an email and password, enter your password. With Google or Apple, you'll be asked to sign in with that account once more.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the button.

Your data is removed first and your login is removed last, so if anything goes wrong partway you are still signed in and can simply tap again to finish. You'll be signed out when it completes.

If you can't get into the app

Lost the device, already uninstalled, or locked out of your login? Email info@cardfloor.app from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it's done. Please include the account email in the message.

What is deleted

What is not deleted, and why

Three things survive deletion. None of them identify you.

Backups

Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups age out. It is not accessible through the app or the website, and it is not used for anything.
