The fastest way to get something fixed is the bug icon in the top bar of the app. It sends us the screen you were on and the app version along with your note, so we can reproduce the problem without a back-and-forth. If the app won't open at all, email us instead.
Seven card games — Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Riftbound, Yu-Gi-Oh and My Little Pony — plus seven sports: basketball, baseball, football, soccer, hockey, MMA and racing. Physical cards only.
Tap Wrong card? on the card screen and search for the right one — your scan is corrected on the spot and nothing is logged against the wrong card. If a particular card gets it wrong every time, send us the card name and set and we'll fix the match.
Tap the ⓘ next to any CardFloor Price. It shows which sources went into the number, how many sales it saw, and how confident it is. If a card has too few recent sales to be sure, the app says so rather than guessing. You can override any price on your own inventory at any time.
CardFloor checks the certification number against PSA's own public records. A red UNVERIFIED means PSA has no matching record for that number — which is worth a second look at the card. If we simply couldn't reach PSA, the app tells you that separately and you can retry.
That's expected — CardFloor lists vendors from public show rosters. Email us from the address associated with your business and we'll walk you through claiming the page, which puts your links, your dates and your branding under your control. If you'd rather not be listed at all, say so and we'll remove it.
Email info@cardfloor.app from the address on the account and we will delete it, along with your inventory, shows and deal history. We confirm by email when it's done. You can also clear your inventory yourself at any time in Settings → Danger Zone.
CardFloor is in closed beta and free while it lasts. If you'd like in, request access on the home page and tell us about your table — we invite in small groups.
